Persian Poetry Nights

We're thrilled to announce the start of our "Poetry Nights" beginning August 1 2024! We gather on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 pm in Schlinger 101. 

Every session, we collectively choose a poet to focus on. Everyone can bring their favorite piece by that poet. We begin each session with a brief introduction to the poet and their style. Our selections range from classic to modern to keep things engaging.

If the day and time above doesn't work for you and you wish to join the sessions, please email us at ficcit@caltech.edu. Upon request, we can host English-language sessions for our English-speaking friends who are interested in Persian poetry.

Join us for an evening of poetry, culture, and community. Tea and pastries will be served.
